Aerodynamic: The GOODE XGS 100 Carbon Composite measures only .40 inch and its ultra-thin, aerodynamic profile reduces wind drag to make it feel even lighter. Wind tunnel tests conducted at the U.S. Ski Team's testing facility prove that the XGS 100 Carbon composite has only half the wind drag when compared to conventional aluminum poles.
Strongest: The carbon/graphite composite construction provides the highest strength-to-weight ratio of any ski pole -- up to six times greater than aluminum. The GOODE XGS 100 Carbon Composite is more durable than conventional poles and will provide many years of dependable service.
Shock Absorbent: GOODE ski poles have been engineered to have a firm yet flexible shaft to take advantage of the natural shock absorption properties of carbon/graphite. The GOODE XGS 100 Carbon Composite cushions the wrist, elbow and shoulder, giving a light, soft feel while skiing.
These poles are adjustable down 3" from the maximum height which is the length given on the pole.
