The K2 Bad Seed Skis are one of our most popular junior skis. Kids need fat skis too and nothing is better than a kid ripping down the mountain next to his dad on terrain that is not suitable for most junior level skis. The K2 Bad Seed skis will not only allow kids to push the limits of terrain but it will also allow you as the parent to get more runs in. The more fun your kid is having the more runs for you on those epic powder days. The K2 Bad Seed skis are predictable in softer snow, but with plenty of sidecut for the groomers making it versatile in any snow condition.

Mounting Point Thank you for your purchase of the Freestyle/Freeride skis. K2 and Volkl offers a variety of mounting points on the skis in their factory collection. They range from a factory suggested mid-sole mark to core center. The distance between the two is 7cm. This is the way it works, the more park skiing you do, the further ahead you want to be. The more freeride skiing you do the closer to the mid-sole mark you should be. Most of our customers have gone to +3cm from mid-sole for a good combination of freeride and freestyle.
