Rossignol SAS S5 Barras Skis are the replacement ski for the Rossignol Scratch Brigade skis from last year. With a 98mm waist the Rossignol SAS S5 Skis make not only a great freeride and park ski, but also an extremely versatile all-mountain twin tip ski. This is one of Al's Ski Barn's favorite skis from Rossignol. The Rossignol SAS S5 Barras Freeride Skis make a great one ski quiver if you can not afford more than one pair of skis.

Kye Petersen attacks any condition or terrain on the mountain with the new S5. Whether it is throwing down switch 10 in the park or skiing bottomless powder, the S5 is all about versatile. The 98mm waist combined with a progressive sidecut gives the rider a huge
advantage in soft snow and facilitates hookup on the groomers. The S5 is the KING of "The New School" all mountain skis.

We will need your height and weight below only if you are buying boots to go with these skis. Mounting Point Thank you for your purchase of the Freestyle/Freeride skis. Rossignol offers a variety of mounting points on the skis in their factory collection. They range from a factory suggested mid-sole mark to core center. This is the way it works, the more park skiing you do, the further ahead you want to be. The more freeride skiing you do the closer to the mid-sole mark you should be. Most of our customers have gone with Standard for Freeride and Standard for Park.
