For as long as we can remember, The Rossignol Axial 2 120 has been the go to binding for all twin tip and powder skiers. As always, the heel and toe have greater elastic travel than other comparable bindings, meaning less chance for inadvertent release.
The 2012 Rossignol Axial 2 120 replaces the sliding AFD at the toe with a fixed 72mm wide AFD. This change greatly improves performance on wider skis, delivering power to the edge instantly. Park and Urban skiers touted the new 72mm AFD platform for improved feel and control on boxes and rails.
