The 2024 K2 Reckoner 102 Ski was developed to be that "One Ski Quiver" to meet the ever increasing demands of today's Freeride/All-Mountain skier's. K2 knows what we need, a fun, playful ski that is just as happy on trail as it is off and has the stability to handle high speeds then enjoy a session in the park. And oh ya, keep the price down. That's all. Well the 2024 K2 Reckoner 102 is all that and more. Al's Ski Equipment Barn Testers were impressed by how nimble and quick the Reckoner 102 is in trees and moguls, and at the same time a great frontside groomer ski. We liked how K2 kept the ski light with the Fir/Aspen Double Barrel wood core and lively thanks to Spectral Braiding, Carbon Boost and Twin Tech Sidewalls. They have not made a ski this versatile since the K2 Shreditor skis.
K2's Take: From the pow to the park and everywhere in between, the Reckoner 102 delivers thanks to its heavy freestyle influence.
Featuring the same tech as its bigger brothers but with a more nimble waist width, this playful twin-tip is at home whipping cork threes off cat tracks, pivoting through tight east coast trees, or hunting for side hits on the groomers. Wherever you decide to take it, the Reckoner 102 has got your back.
