All new items can be returned for an exchange or full refund, with the exception of mounted skis that have been drilled. Do not have skis mounted if there is a possibility of return (Integrated Binding Systems are allowed, Questions: Contact the Staff @ 877-865-0740.
In the event of a return, you should notify the Staff @ Al's by Dec. 30 of the return and receive a Return Authorization Number,. You may do this by contacing us online or by phone 877-865-0740. The phones will be extremely busy the days immediately after Christmas and contacting us online is a good option at this time. Be sure to provide your phone number so we can contact you back if there are questions. When requesting an Return Authorization Number please have either your order number, if originally done online, or the date of your charge (off credit card receipt/statement) if you ordered by phone. This will make the process faster and easier.
Returns must be in transit back to Al's by January 3rd. Please insure the package for your protection. Returns must be in our warehouse by Jan 11th to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. Equipment must be returned in new condition, with original labels, etc.
