We realize many people will be buying equipment as gifts for the holidays and we have extended our return policy for gifts to make it easier on our customers. We will make every effort to make any exchange or return a simple and smooth transaction. We will offer you the exchange option to pay for the replacement product and have it shipped immediately so you can use it during your holidays.
To make the returns process work smoothly, we need you to follow these directions concerning the return:
When placing an order for a gift, please note in the comment section during checkout that it is a present, or tell a sales rep on the phone that it is a gift and have them note it on your order.
All new items can be returned for an exchange or full refund, with the exception of mounted skis that have been drilled.

In the event of a return, you should
notify us by December 30th and receive a Return Authorization Number. The phones will be extremely busy the days immediately after Christmas, so using
our email contact form is a good option at this time. Please provide your phone number so we can contact you back quickly if we have questions. When requesting a Return Authorization Number, please provide your order number if ordered online, or the date of your charge (from your credit card receipt or bank statement) if you ordered by phone. This will make the process much faster and easier for everyone.
Returns must be in transit back to us by January 3rd and in our warehouse by January 10th to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. Obviously equipment must be returned in new condition, with original labels, etc. Please insure the package for your protection.
