The K2 obSETHed is the Seth Morrison Pro Model ski that was built really as a one ski quiver ski. Great in all conditions even East Coast conditions. Seth wanted his ski to feature the best of both worlds, Rocker and camber. He did that with the K2 obSETHed Ski. This model includes the Marker Griffon Schizofrantic Binding. Seth's modified tip and tail Rocker design elevates flotation in soft snow and increases adaptability in crud and chopped up snow conditions. The Progressive Sidecut and regular camber underfoot give the K2 Obsethed ski the overall advantage over other skis, providing quicker aggressive turn initiation on hardpack snow, but an easy smooth tail release in soft snow conditions.

K2 Schizofrantic System

The K2 SchizoFrantic inserts allow for super fast mounting of the new K2/Marker Griffon Schizofrantic binding system without the need for any drilling. The Schizo binding itself uses the tested and proven Triple Pivot Elite toe and Inter Pivot Heel with an ultra lightweight, low stand height track and cable system that enables you to mount once and adjust a full 6cm along the ski. The insert patterns allow you to ski at the core center mark for optimal park and switch performance, or all the way back at a more traditional mounting location for powder or softer snow conditions. The increased surface area of the insert rings provides twice the pullout strength of standard binding screws. This new system is only offered on the HellBent, obSETHed, Kung Fujas, and Extreme.
