FedEx Boot Return Label
This return label is for a customer who would like to buy two pair of boots so that they may compare size or type. When ordering 2 pairs of the same boot in different sizes make sure not to order a whole size and half size. For example, an 8/26 and an 8.5/26.5 are now the same size boot with no changes. Some companies may change the height of the footbed in a boot, but that is generally the only difference. Same shell and same liner. The label is good for returning one pair of boots, Not Two!! If you decide to return both pairs of boots, other arrangements will need to be made by phone (1-877-865-0740). To return the unwanted pair of boots, you will need to safely re-package them, place the return label on the box, and hand the box to a FedEx driver. No trip to a Packaging store will be required. All returns must be in transit within ten days of delivery to you. If they are not sent back within this time frame a 10% per week re-stocking fee may be subtracted from your refund amount. .
